Hi,

I saw nothing about Gorgone configuration in the upgrade procedure, although I noticed the following:

Between 22.10 and 23.10, there are some additions in the Gorgone configuration file for pollers (ie: /etc/centreon-gorgone/config.d/40-gorgoned.yaml), regarding allowed commands.

I guess that an additional step consisting in re-deploying those configuration files should be added to the procedure. Or else, the upgrade scripts should automatically takes care of it (but this seems a bit too touchy maybe).

Hi @Stéphane, sorry if the communication was not so clear.

In the release note of Centreon gorgone, we explained that we enabled allowed commands for Centreon Gorgone and we improve the chapter about Secure your Platform to explain where you can find it.

How would you like us to communicate about these types of changes?

Regards

Hi,

>How would you like us to communicate about these types of changes?

I think it should have been cited in the upgrade procedure (https://docs.centreon.com/docs/23.10/upgrade/upgrade-from-22-10/
