@gautam.pala have you considered integrating Centreon with your identity provider instead of using internal Centreon accounts?

Hi @rchauvel - we do have LDAP sync with our internal staff. This request is for external customers who needs read only access to the portal. That’s why we will need something local to reset the password

Hi, we will not add this feature in Centreon.

You should add an Identity Provider or a LDAP server to manage them.

Centreon is compatible with mixed mode and multi forest for LDAP.
