I have already implemented the “manual” way to send incident tickets with open ticket to Jira but I am also looking for the best method to implement the “automatic way” - does it work for any of you please ?

To create tickets automatically you may define a custom notification command that opens jira tickets. Another way would be to create a LUA stream connector.
There is nothing provided as is by Centreon yet but someone here has probably done it one way or the other?

Thank you for the reply. I have already tried all these solutions, but nothing works. If you have documentation other than Centreon's, please help me out.
