centreon: sql: could not find index for service(xxxx, xxxx) - maybe the poller with that service should be restarted

Hello,

  we hit the following error message in our logs, but do not understand the root cause and appropriate fix.

 
==> ./centreon-broker/central-broker-master.log <==


[2024-02-22T12:34:51.765+01:00] [sql] [critical] sql: could not find index for service(1984, 46129) - maybe the poller with that service should be restarted

 

Do you have any hint how to investigate ?

@vpk 

 

Have you tried to restart the poller that contains that service (1984)? Did you restart cbd manually? Are you monitoring cbd?
