We use the plugin Net-Fortinet-Fortigate-VPN-Global-SNMP with our cluster 1000F and everything works. https://docs.centreon.com/pp/integrations/plugin-packs/procedures/network-firewalls-fortinet-fortigate-snmp/
(here with my snmpv3 command)
