Check if your central is connected to your poller (5556 TCP):

# ss -plantu | grep 5556
tcp    ESTAB      0      0      <central IP>:60840              <poller IP>:5556

If not:

• check if gorgoned is active (central & poller):

systemctl status gorgoned

• check the gorgoned logs in /var/log/centreon-gorgone/gorgoned.log for any errors
• check if your firewall is active or not (central & poller):

systemctl status firewalld

Thanks for your help.

Firewall is active on Central and Poller and we would like to maintain this.

But you’re right, when Firewall is deactivated, files are updated on the poller in the /etc/centreon-engine/ folder

Could you confirm we only need to add exceptions mentionned in this article : https://docs.centreon.com/docs/20.10/administration/secure-platform/
