Hello,

I have an issue when exporting a .csv. Every month, I use host groups to export data and generate a report. The link looks like this :

https://x.x.x.x/centreon/include/reporting/dashboard/csvExport/csv_HostGroupLogs.php?hostgroup=3&start=1759269600&end=1761951600

It was working last month, today If I select one week, it works, but if I choose one month I get this error in my browser :

Il semble y avoir un problème sur ce site

Il est possible que https://x.x.x.x/centreon/include/reporting/dashboard/csvExport/csv_HostGroupLogs.php?hostgroup=3&start=1759269600&end=1761951600 connaisse un problème temporaire ou ait été déplacé.

Code d’erreur : 500 Internal Server Error

Le site est peut-être temporairement indisponible ou surchargé. Réessayez plus tard ;

Centreon navigation menus remain accessible but if I try to go back to the home page or access another panel, I get this “full-screen” message” :

Unexpected Application Error!
Permission denied to access property "document" on cross-origin object

I was running Centreon 24.04.5 on Debian 11.I upgraded to Debian 12 with 24.10.14 but the issue persist.

Thanks

That seems to be a cross origin issue, i suppose centreon doesn’t expect you to extract data this way.

Is there no way to do so with either of the CLAPI, RESTv1 or RESTv2 APIs ?

Hello,

I don’t know… I’m just a small sysadmin using a basic PowerShell script with a few filters on the CSV that comes from this link :

But if it’s not too hard, why not.

I have to check some things. It had been working for over a year. I guess that an host has been modified.

Thanks

Don’t underestimate yourself, you can do this.

Hope you can find what you are looking for.

I’m saying this because I’m the only one managing a few infrastructures. I try to use pretty mainstream tools that don’t take too much time to get up to speed with, in case I’m replaced or leave the company. I’ll test the REST API part. I quickly saw some PowerShell examples that seem doable. I thought it was some obscure developer-only stuff 😁

I found something weird. While testing different time ranges, something happened on October 22nd. And actually, looking back at my activity in the company, it turns out there was a power outage overnight at this client’s site. Someone took care of shutting everything down properly and then restarting it all, but the few hours of downtime apparently broke the export when covering that period. Nothing unusual in the Centreon logs regarding changes in the admin console.

I’ll just merge the period before and after this scheduled outage.
