If your interrogation is about the command panel when you select a ressource, i think the only possibility is to upgrade to a 21.10 or the last release to have that.
I've tried on 20.10 and maybe a 21.04 a long moment and the display was on a single line.

There is a known issue about the \n management with Centreon Engine.
It’s already patched but not released.
Please wait these releases:
- Centreon Engine 21.10.2
- Centreon Engine 22.04.1
