In the Monitoring > Map menu of the Centreon web interface, in 21.10 version, what are the prerequisites for displaying the different MAPs that we create with our heavy client? I can see them, but my colleagues can’t, and I don't know why, since we belong to the same groups so the same rules are applied to us. Do we need to change something at the ACL level ? Is there any parameters on their profile that I need to change ?

For example, I use Firefox and I've never had any problems. One of my colleagues succeeded but in Chrome! and most of the time, nothing is displayed and the URL says "[...]#error/serverBusy" for them

Hello morgan,

I suggest you have a look here https://docs.centreon.com/fr/docs/22.10/graph-views/configuration/

But...I strongly advise you consider upgrading Centreon and MAP Legacy and migrate to MAP (full web).

21.10 is far away fom end of support.

Best,

Nils

Hello Nils,

Thank you for your reply. I'm actually doing an internship in a company, so I can't decide whether to upgrade the version. My internship supervisor doesn't want to change the version at the moment, so I'm not sure how to proceed, although I suspect that several things are due to this “version gap”.

Everyone in the company has the same rights on Centreon, and this is what the doc says to do so I really don't understand...

I understand. I will be short in solution I can provide.

If you have set appropriate priviledges for ACl groups to views as said in the documentation, I can only advise you basic operation like clear browser cache or restart map service...
