Sound alerts

Hello,

I would like to configure audio alerts for my Centreon.

I configured sound notifications in UI notifications but I don’t know if there are other things to do.

It’s not working yet.

when you select one under “Administration > Parameters > My Account” do you see the sound?

do you see the request without errors?

Thanks for your answer.

Everything is ok.

I see request and I hear sound when I click on it.

But when I have a warning or critical thing on one of my devices, I don’t have any sound.

Have you selected the popup notifications needed.

Thanks, it works after a total export (it was not working with the shortcut.
