Hello,
I have migrated my installation to a new server and after that upgraded to version 23.04. We are running on the new version now for 8 days and everything is working except creating an “Acknowledge” for a service. I see the item in the gorgoned.log (have enabed debug) but the item is not Acknowledged in the web version and also the database had not been updated.
What could i do to get to the root of this problem (debugging??) ?
