The best way is to link a service template to a host template and deploy the services using this option:

So the correct way its add the service template to the host template, mark “create services linked to this...” and reboot centreon?

To be more specific, you will have to mark “create services linked to this...” on the related hosts, not on the host template.
By the way, it’s not possible to do it on a template.
You can use massive change on the page Configuration > Hosts
