Alert only if 2 hosts are down instead of 1

Hi,

So we have 2 servers X and Y.
If X goes down or Y goes down this can send a alert to a certain contact group
Now if X and Y are down at the same time , we would like to let this trigger an alert to another contact group. Is there a possiblity to setup a check like this that will alert only if X and Y are down?
