All my host are down and only my poller is up help

Could you post a screenshot of host/services down page or simply error messages returned from plugins ?

If upgrade from 19.04 check your plugins path : Configuration/Pollers/Ressources

Could you check on your server if Nagios Plugins are really located in /usr/lib64/nagios/plugins ? If not check in /usr/lib/nagios/plugins 

What are the error messages displayed in Centreon in host/services page ?

Here’s the  file located int he nagios/plugin 

The One i use to collect data is the check_centreon_dummy 

Are they located in /usr/lib64/nagios/plugins or in /usr/lib/nagios/plugins ?

If located in /usr/lib/nagios/plugins you need to change ressource $USER1$

They are located in the /usr/lib64/nagios/plugins/ directory
