applytpl clapi and apiV1 very log

Hello ,

i do not understand why when i use CLAPI or APIV1 to use applytpl function it take so long .

When il use it through centreon with deploy service this take less than 1sec .

Here  i got

 centreon -u superadmin -p 'mystrongpass' -o HOST -a applytpl -v "myhost"
