I would like to ask for help for an on-premise Centreon website issue.
If multiple Centreon browser tabs are open (logged on), then the session is randomly but frequently closed.
The browser shows again the logon screen, but then after re-logon forgets where it was.
It happens quite randomly and only in Centreon webpage.
All other internal websites can work well in the same time.
It is the situation also from site network and also from home office (via VPN)
If we keep only one logged on tab open, it works well continuously.
It is not a browser-connected issue, it happens in Chrome, Edge, etc.
Have anyone detected the same yet?

Only one account is being used.
v. 20.10.18, but will be upgrade shortly.
Is this issue resolved in newer versions ?

+14Maybe we wait until you upgrade, I’m not able to replicate it, see bellow 👇.
You can also check your “Sessions Expiration Time *” under “Administration > Parameters > Centreon UI” although you mentioned that only happens on multiple tabs which wont be this.
Are you using the native/Centreon authentication?
Multiple tabs, multiple windows, same user, no issues.
