Hi,
I have a problem since the last Centreon update 23.10.22, I can no longer modify a service or even create new ones, because the notification period disappears as soon as I save.
So when I reboot the collector, it says I have not assigned a notification period on the service.

I am using AlmaLinux 9.5 and Centreon 23.10.22. Thanks

Hi,

This is a bug that also exists in 24.04 and 24.10. While waiting for a hotfix, you can work around the problem by selecting "massive change" for your service(s), and setting the desired period, but choosing "incremental" is important. If you choose "replacement", it doesn't work.

Hi,

What is the behavior of your poller when you reload the configuration, does it mention any configuration problems or anything that could guide you to the source of the issue ?

@MichaelW Thanks for your tip, it works, we'll wait for the next update, hoping that the problem has been reported to the developers, thanks!
