Hello,

I would like to cancel a downtime I just put in place.

I already tried out this solution How to cancel downtime | Community (centreon.com) but in vain. I cancel but nothing changes and the downtime remains up.

Is there any rights issue ?

How can I proceed in case this is the root cause ?

Thank you !!

Hello,

Problem solved. I had to reload the cbd on the central server.

There was actually a bug on the central server and communication was lost with the poller. That’s why canceling the DT was not being taken into consideration because the information does not reach the poller.

Have a good day !

Hello.

This sometimes happens to me. Have you tried doing a restart/reload on the poller?

just go to the downtime option in monitoring > select service you want to cancel from downtime> then select cancel option from left top corner.
