Hello. We are currently using the free Centreon 19.04 version of your product. I have 2 questions about this. Please answer.

1. What problems await us if I manually update the version I mentioned.
2. Can I have problems for the future if I don't update?

Hi @f.salamov

1. What problems await us if I manually update the version I mentioned.

> What do you mean by manually? I would recommend reading and then executing the following procedure: https://docs.centreon.com/docs/upgrade/upgrade-from-19-04/

2. Can I have problems for the future if I don't update?

> Yes, security will be the bigger issue, as we stop providing sec patch on unsupported versions. Also, we don’t build new RPMs which mean that you may be unable to apply properly some bugfix because of missing packages.
