Centreon 21.10.0: No provider found

It's necessary to install some packs that provide a provider of discovery

Search for the generic SNMP or VMware VM for example, install the pack and you should have now provider.

But package basics (smtp ubiquiti... Etc) are installéd but no visible in procèss to Create discovery.

That’s normal :)

All the packs don’t provide a host provider.

Only some like :

• VMWare VM
• VMWare ESX
• Amazon EC2 (and other Amazon)
• Azure
• Generic SNMP (to perform a network snmp scan)
• Meraki RestAPI
• NMAP CLI (you can find a good tuto here: 

  )

Is no ok. The providers are invisibles.

I test another solution this week.

I install a complete Centreon with ISO image on virtualbox, no with OVA file direct.

Is the installation from the ISO works this time with the IT Token 100 or did you still get the same error messages ?

Salut, j’ai eu le même problème suite à la mise à jour des plugins packs. Mes règles de découvertes ont disparues et les providers aussi.

Il suffit juste de recharger (reinstall) les plugins de découverte depuis l’interface plugin pack.

Hi, I had the same problem after updating plugins packs. My discovery rules are gone and so are the providers.
Just reload (reinstall) the discovery plugins from the plugin pack interface.
