Is there any reason why the sources (tar.gz, srpm) for Centreon 22.10 (Engine, Broker, ect) are not listed on the official website nor Github?
Taking into account this context, how to install Centreon 22.10 from sources?

They are (i believe) made dynamically by their CI or maybe completely seperate, i’m not sure.
But yeah as said you most likely need to build your own for now.
+1From the opensource perspective: if you publish as rpm, then you should also publish the corresponding source rpms.
But it is as it is, so yeah, I’ll need to build them from scratch :-(
