Centreon 22.10 - How to install from sources ?

Hi,

Is there any reason why the sources (tar.gz, srpm) for Centreon 22.10 (Engine, Broker, ect) are not listed on the official website nor Github?

Taking into account this context, how to install Centreon 22.10 from sources?

Thank you.

Hello,

I would like to build the packages for opensuse. To get a smooth start I’m searching for the spec-files of the centreon rpms, but I couldn’t find them. Are they not public?

Regards,

Iralein

For the moment you need to create your own spec files I believe.

They are (i believe) made dynamically by their CI or maybe completely seperate, i’m not sure.
But yeah as said you most likely need to build your own for now.

From the opensource perspective: if you publish as rpm, then you should also publish the corresponding source rpms.

But it is as it is, so yeah, I’ll need to build them from scratch :-(
