centreon monitoring speedtest: UNKNOWN: Cannot decode response

1. Execute the speedtest command once, manually, to validate the license.

@ponchoh the speedtest and speedtest-cli works fine on the cli, but using the script not it says now timeout cause before i had an issue with --format=json i figure out this issue but always timeout

time /usr/lib/centreon/plugins# /usr/lib/centreon/plugins/centreon_monitoring_speedtest.pl --plugin=apps::monitoring::speedtest::plugin --mode=internet-bandwidth --debug

Try your command with `time` from the cli see how long in takes and go from there
