CMA with centreon 25.10.15 : unable to select " OS-Linux-Centreon-Monitoring-Agent-custom " template

Hello

I’ve set-up CMA on my central + poller + an agent.

In centreon, I’m unable to select host template “ OS-Linux-Centreon-Monitoring-Agent[-custom] “ template. I can see them in host templates and edit the -custom one.

They just don’t appear in the host template selection list

Could you check if “Linux Centreon Monitoring Agent” Monitoring connector is deployed on your platform ? are other CMA host templates available ? (Windows or Linux)

“Linux CMA” monitoring connector is installed.

I’m able to check CMA services on hosts, for example with OS-Linux-Systemd-Sc-Status-Centreon-Monitoring-Agent service template.

the CMA chain central ↔ poller ↔ host is working

Thanks for confirming the connector chain is working end-to-end, that's helpful.

A couple more things that would help narrow this down:

  • What's your user role/profile on this platform — full admin, or a restricted ACL group (Menus/Resources access)?
  • Could you check the exact version of the "Linux Centreon Monitoring Agent" monitoring connector pack that's deployed (Configuration > Monitoring Connector Manager)?
  • As a quick test: do other host templates (non-CMA ones) show up normally in that same template selection field? This would help us tell if it's specific to the CMA templates or a broader picker issue.
  • Also, could you confirm whether the "-custom" template shows as locked (padlock icon) or unlocked when you open it in Configuration > Hosts > Templates?

That should help us pinpoint whether this is an ACL/permissions issue, a deployment inconsistency, or something else on the template selection side.
