In addition, could you provide a screenshot of the “Administration > Extensions > Manager” page please?

No Centeon-pack installed. But no centreon-pack available with ‘dnf search’

All the centreon-plugin packages are installed.

Hi @selkostali If you use IT-100 you don’t need to install centreon-pack packages.

These connectors are the only ones in grey or all connectors?

In addition @ThierryC, have you already tried to update the Centreon Monitoring Connector Manager ? https://docs.centreon.com/docs/monitoring/pluginpacks/#centreon-monitoring-connector-manager

I’ve found an other topic with a similar issue, but not sure if it really the same problem you are facing : 

Almost all the connectors are greyed.

I tried an update of centreon-pp-manager. The result is ‘Nothing to do do’ because already uptodate.

You can try to follow the procedure mentioned by @selkostali
