We have a BA called ba-L0, with two indicators, kpi01 and kpi02.

We configure a downtime on ba-L0.

An alert is created on kpi01. Is a ticket created on kpi01, or is kpi01 inherits from the downtime configured on ba-L0 ?

Hi @pierre1, KPIs doesn’t inherit downtimes form BA but BA can inherits downtimes from KPIs
