Error in centreon : (Execute command failed)

Hello Team,

I have an issue on my centreon plateform, sometime on of my pollers are not able to check service.
status change to "UNKNOWN" with this following error : (Execute command failed).

My version of Centreon is : v. 22.04.4

Hi @Bochi can you check the details of your service to understand why there is an error?

Hi @Bochi , when you access the “Monitoring > Resources Status” menu and you click on your resource in UNKNOWN status, this open a panel.

In the panel, on “Details” tab, you have “Status information” and maybe this give you more details about the error.

You have also the executed command displayed and you can try to execute it using “centreon-engine” user to give you more information.
