Errors with RRDtool

Hi Centreon community,

 

I have no found informations for my problems, so i post here.

 

I am new System Administrator, and i try install Centreon. But have performance problems. After looking log files, i found cause : the log file /var/log/centreon-broker/central-rrd-master.log with high weight (23Go).

 

An error example :

 

illegal attempt to update using time 1724456519.000000 when last update time is 1724456519.000000 (minimum one second step)

I activate RRDCached to avoid concurrent write, but have the same problem.

 [rrd] [error] RRD: ignored update error in file '/var/lib/centreon/metrics/XXXX.rrd': rrdcached query failed on file '/var/lib/centreon/metrics/XXXX.rrd' (UPDATE /var/lib/centreon/metrics/XXXX.rrd 1724329519:67100672.000000
): -1 illegal attempt to update using time 1724329519.000000 when last update time is 1724329519.000000 (minimum one second step)

 

Do you have an idea for this problem ?

Bonjour,

Je rencontre le même cas que vous et après avoir ouvert un ticket sur leur support, il m’indique qu’un correctif devrait voir le jour très prochainement 

“Une nouvelle version de Centreon Collect doit sortir dans les prochains jours”

This error is still present in 24.10.6 with RRDcached :

): -1 illegal attempt to update using time 1743588302.000000 when last update time is 1743588302.000000 (minimum one
second step)

Got a ton of this just after the upgrade from 23.04 to 24.10.

Yes, RRD files are filled.

We have exact same issue after upgrading from 23.10 to 24.10
