How do I add en_UK as an available language?

I have freshly installed 22.04 under RHEL8 and find that I cannot set my language to en_UK so that I get date and time in their correct formats of 24hr and DD/MM/YYYY

How do we add en_UK?

Hello,
Indeed the date format and the language are linked, we only support the US English format and we have in our backlog a feature to decouple the date format and the language
