How to request a new license following changes on our Centreon platform and license is no longer working

I would like to request a new License for our Centreon, our one is no longer functional after changes to the infra:

Hello @Bernard.Lheureux,

  • If you are a customer, you can connect to the support portal (support.centreon.com ) and create a "License" ticket to request a renewal.
  • If you are an IT-100 user, you can send an email to support@centreon.com and we’ll check what is wrong.
