Hello team,

I have a LDAP configured with an Active Directory. It works fine but when I move a user to an other OU, they can no longer log in to Centreon.

If I delete the user from Centreon and then they log in again, the authentication works.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this behavior?

HI @mozes1988, in your LDAP configuration, the Group filter and User filter allow to match old and new OU?

May be you can define 2 LADP configuration to match both Group filter and User filter OU

Yes, I have a wide filter. I have the impression that when I log in for the first time with a user in an OU, when I change OU the update is not done in centreon. The basic OU is kept unless a manual change is made.

I don't move users from one OU to another every day, but I realized this because I was testing and moving my user.

Hi @mozes1988 If you have two domains A & B and if you configure both in Centreon. If a user move from A to B, Centreon should update associated DN.

Regards,

Ok but you can have multiple LDAP definition in Centreon with more restrictive OU filters
