I am following the official centron manual: https://docs.centreon.com/docs/installation/installation-of-a-poller/using-packages/
In step 3 when converting the server to a poller it fails with the following error: ERROR - http://x.x.x.x: {"message": "No parent platform was found for : 'Poller'@''x.x.x.x.x"}
If I perform this step in a local environment it works perfectly.
The problem is when I try to do it in different networks.
Any ideas?
Can you help me?
