Hello,

On 24.10.xx, when you create a new Recurrent Downtime with an account not full admin. The list of services is empty. Even with the ACL “All resources” assigned.

When checking with naviagtor dev tools. We can see an 403 error when list the services.

No issues with other resources types.

Hi @jrobin,

A 403 on this listing might be caused by a non access to the API configuration.

Could you please check that your user has the Reach API Configuration checkbox ticked ?

You can check this under Configuration > Users > Contacts / Users, edit your user and under the tab Centreon Authentication

Regards,

Adrien

Hello @Adrien Morais-Mestre,

Thank you for your answer.

The option “Reach API Configuration” enabled or not, doesn’t change the behaviour.

Only the services are impacted. No problem with the hosts or hostgroups and even servicegroups selection. So if it was a global api access issue on the users, I think all the resources will be impacted.

Hi @jrobin,

Thanks for the answer. After further investigation this issue has been fixed on the 24.10.28 by this pull-request https://github.com/centreon/centreon/pull/10591

Could you please check that you are up-to-date regarding the 24.10 serie ?

Thanks,

Regards

Adrien
