Reopenning of bug in Github made impossible

Hi,

The following bug has been closed and I cannot manage to reopen it.

It’s not fixed, and even for the « workaround » suggested (which is: using the new Resources Status page) the person who closed the bug didn’t even read correctly what I wrote, he’s telling me to try something I already told wasn’t working.

Why is it not possible to reopen a bug? The functionality exists in Github so why does it seems to have been deactivated?

Best regards,

Hi Stéphane,

I do not understand the reopening issue.

You do not have access to this button ?

Adrien

No, I don’t have the reopen button. I’m connected with the account which I used to open the issue.

Okay, I’ve been searching for answers and it seems that only users in the Centreon organization can reopen issues which seems pretty legit.

I’ve re-opened your issue, and let the Product Manager in charge of this take the lead on this :)

Regards,

Adrien

I agree it’s legit but IMO the owner of the issue should also be able to re-open. Maybe except if the closing reason is “Wont’t fix”.

Yeah I hear you, but as far as I know and after discussing with the team member in charge of this, there is no such rights configuration for this...
