Server error 500 after migrating from 18.04 to 21.10.15

After following the upgrade procedure, i struggled and found some “solutions’ on internet, but after successfully upgrading my server it gives me this error

And when i check /var/log/httpd/error_log
 

What should i do now ? any possible reasons ?
