Which plugin package do you recommend to monitor SMS balance limit. Can I see the alert information about the balance depletion?

Hello,
You don't have a plugins and plugin packs we could alert you about a SMS quota usage.
Simply because all application or SaaS SMS services have it specification.
You need to indicate the service you use about SMS and maybe we could monitor it by a standard approach (Check a process by SNMP, by SSH, by NRPE3 protocol, Check a REST API by HTTPS connections with JSON Content, with SOAP Content, etc..)

You should ask them to support JSON output, then you’ll be able to do something.
