Hello,

I’m newbie to Centreon and I would need to configure a GSM host. The host communicates via SIM card, which has two possible IP addresses. Of course, only one is active at a time, but we can’t know which one.

Centreon will act as trap receiver for this host.

The problem is that I can’t find a way to configure the two ip addresses for one host, and then I can’t link the trap received to the host if it is the second IP that is used.

I don’t know if it’s something handled by Centreon or if it needs some development.

Thanks in advance for your feedback

Hi,

I suggest you to have a look at the routing feature of Centreon Traps. Declaring two hosts, one with each ip address, then use trap routing from the service handling the traps on one host to the other.
