Hello I always get the error when I want to add a new machine to monitor on my Centreon and I press the “Save” button:
SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate for "https://centreon01.mydomain.net/centreon/api/latest/configuration/hosts/220".
I never faced that error before this occur since the upgrade from version 24.10.17 to 24.10.19 on RHEL 9 server…

Absolutely no changes and the SSL certificates are valid and correctly installed…

Where this could come from ?

You should check the certificate chain validity using command:  openssl s_client -connect <your server>:443 -showcerts

In the output, look for lines like:

text

verify error:num=20:unable to get local issuer certificate

verify error:num=21:unable to verify the first certificate

and check the “Certificate chain” section to see what issuer is missing.

OK, but why this happens just after the update of version wit NO other change on the Centreon server (standalone) ?
The SSL certificate is still valid for more than 10 month, why does this happens suddenly now ?
