hello I followed this tutorial to monitor a ready nas server https://docs.centreon.com/docs/integrations/plugin-packs/procedures/hardware-storage-netgear-readynas-snmp/
but the problem is that I can't find the model "HW-Storage-Netgear-Readynas-SNMP-custom" even after a successful installation "yum install centreon-plugin-Hardware-Storage-Netgear-Readynas-Snmp"

Hello

The centreon-plugin* packages install the plugin but they will not deploy templates on your Centreon configuraton.

To get them, you have to use Plugin Packs.

https://docs.centreon.com/docs/monitoring/pluginpacks/

Two solutions for that:

  • get an IT 100 token if you have less than 100 hosts
  • contact the Centreon sales department

If you don’t want to use Plugin Packs, you will have to create commands, host and service templates manually.

Hello !

`yum install centreon-plugin-Hardware-Storage-Netgear-Readynas-Snmp` only install the plugin (perl script) which is used by the commands of the plugin packs.

To install the plugin pack (and then the host template), you need to install centreon-pp-manager and follow this guide : https://docs.centreon.com/docs/monitoring/pluginpacks/

Note that “hardware-storage-netgear-readynas-snmp” is not a free plugin pack and you will need a subscription.
