I don’t know the best way to do that but you can do it by enabling the centengine debug logs for centurion011N in the “Configuration > Pollers > Engine configuration” page.

Then, export centurion011N configuration and check the logs “/var/logs/centreon-engine/centengine.debug” in the centurion011N server. You should see something that tells you which host those services belong to. Example:
[1643115392] [1239] Resolving service 'Ping' of host 'TestmodelMacroHote'.
[1643115392] [1239] Warning: Notifier 'Ping' has no notification time period defined!
