Hi,I’m using Monitoring Connector "Oracle Database”.All services are OK, except both :- Rman-Backup-Age :Status is  “ CRITICAL: Rman 'DB FULL' backups never executed - Rman 'DB INCR' backups never executed - Rman 'ARCHIVELOG' backups never executed - Rman 'CONTROLFILE' backups never executed - Rman backups never executed.”- Rman-Backup-Problems :OK: During the last 3 days, number of backups completed: 0, failed: 0, completed with warnings: 0, completed with errors: 0However rman backups works perfectly (daily): incr, full, archivelog 100% guaranteed.Our rman catalog is on an external rman catalog database and channel type is SBT.Why the connector didn’t seen our backups ?Thank youNicolas

Hi, I have an issue with centreon_fortinet_fortigate_restapi.pl. If I try to get license info I get error: UNKNOWN: Cannot decode response (add --debug option to display returned content) Issue comes from the fact that there is letter Ü in output as company name. That messes the output up.I tried different options in the commandline, but at least to me only fix seems to be, is to add UTF-8 encoding to plugin. Or am I missing something or is there some magical hack I can use?NB! It not possible to change the company name not to have that letter Ü in it.

Hi,I’m upgrading from Centreon 22 on Centos 7 to the latest version on Debian 12. I made a fresh install of Centreon and I used the Import/export module to import back all the data. Everything seems fine but I can’t start the colletor. When I export the configuration, everything is green and OK but it doesn’t start. Hi guys, I search about this topic but I didn’t found anything so If there is another thread about this my apologizes. I have an error in my Centreon Central installation. The version is 24.10.12. I updated trying to resolve the issue but it persists. The error appears when I tried to create a new input or output on a broker configuration and it has a RRD field. I have tried with Unified SQL and RRD file generator and both of them fails. The first due to ‘length’ parameter is missing and the second due to RRD file directory for metrics.  If I modify the central-broker.json and add the output manually there is no problem at least until I export the configuration.I tried to do an insert into in database (keep calm I did an snapshot, I know this is not an option) but It doesnt work properly because It appears without name like this. So anyone has any idea how to resolve? I installed a new Centreon in a new machine and It works properly.  I would like to say this Centreon comes from v18 or

Hello the Watch,We have just updated our centreon server and poller (OS alma linux 8.10) from 22.10 to version 24.10.7 and we have some issues now when we try to access the Hosts config pages: “Oops! An Error OccurredThe server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.”It looks like a PHP error...Otherwise all the services are fine, restarting the collectors show no error.I think I may need to create a new server from scratch, install a fresh centreon and then migrate the configurations… but hopefully there is a better workaround ?Can you please help us with this issue ?Respectfully,

The problem is Centreon support says us they don’t help on this solution anymore.So, we search a solution for create pdf report from csv file of data from centreon or any solution they give us the capability to do that. Hi Centreon community, I have no found informations for my problems, so i post here. I am new System Administrator, and i try install Centreon. But have performance problems. After looking log files, i found cause : the log file /var/log/centreon-broker/central-rrd-master.log with high weight (23Go). An error example : illegal attempt to update using time 1724456519.000000 when last update time is 1724456519.000000 (minimum one second step)I activate RRDCached to avoid concurrent write, but have the same problem. [rrd] [error] RRD: ignored update error in file '/var/lib/centreon/metrics/XXXX.rrd': rrdcached query failed on file '/var/lib/centreon/metrics/XXXX.rrd' (UPDATE /var/lib/centreon/metrics/XXXX.rrd 1724329519:67100672.000000): -1 illegal attempt to update using time 1724329519.000000 when last update time is 1724329519.000000 (minimum one second step) Do you have an idea for this problem ? Thanks ! (Sorry if my english is bad, i’am frenchy)
