Hey everyone, I’m currently following the documented steps to set up NRPE monitoring for Windows hosts with Centreon. https://docs.centreon.com/pp/integrations/plugin-packs/procedures/operatingsystems-windows-nsclient-05-nrpe/Here is what has been completed so far : Steps already done:Installed the NRPE plugin on each poller:yum install centreon-nrpe3-pluginInstalled the Windows NRPE 0.5 Centreon Pack on the Central server:yum install centreon-pack-operatingsystems-windows-nsclient-05-nrpe Issue encountered :In the Centreon Web interface, underConfiguration > Connectors > Monitoring Connectors,the "Windows NRPE 0.5" Monitoring Connector does not appear as installed. When I try to click on it and use the “Subscribe” button, I am redirected to the Centreon Store,but the store is currently unavailable and displays the message:“The Store is getting a makeover”As a result, I am unable to install the Monitoring Connector and complete the configuration. Questions:Is the Windows NRPE 0.5

I am encountering persistent authentication issues while trying to access the REST API of a Dell ME4012 storage system. Hi!I recently installed a poller on AlmaLinux 8 Using Packages, on centengine.log a see this log: I installed AlmaLinux 9 and 10 and i received same log, the poller was installed on Hyper-V. y have any poller in others location and it works fine.i didn’t try join to Central, just after install packages i received that log.Some Idea?

 Hi everyone,I’m facing a strange issue on my Centreon platform.One of our clients had a dedicated poller, but they left our infrastructure and cut the connection to the Central server.I believe the administrators moved the hosts to another poller and then deleted the old poller after a configuration reload.However, one host still appears in the Resource Status view, even though it no longer exists in the Hosts configuration.Interestingly, only the services appear with a green "OK" status, while the host itself is shown as Pending (blue dot), even though it shouldn’t exist anymore.I’ve already tried restarting cbd and gorgoned, but the ghost entry is still there.Has anyone experienced something similar?Any idea how to clean this up?Thanks in advance!

Hi,Deletion of the expired tokens is logging this : 1) Does it really need to be executed every minutes? As you can see in the log I changed the crontab entry to do this only every five minutes (as a test, I did not observed issue). Every five minutes still seems uselessly too frequent. Do you think it can be done less frequently? Like every hour or so? What’s those tokens’s validity period? 2) What are “tokens which are not linked to a refresh tokens”? Are they the tokens manually created from the UI, from the “API Tokens” menu? I guess they probably even less need to be purged so much frequently than the refresh tokens do, do they? 3) I see a third  line about “expired sessions”, can you tell what is this purge doing? Also, isn’t every minute a bit excessive?  4) I take the opportunity to say that the fact that an upgrade of the centreon-web package systematically overwrites the /etc/cron.d/centreon (ie: even when it has absolutely  no reason to do so) is an issue. I'm almost at the end of my script, but I'm missing the instruction to assign the type to the output and input of my brokers.Does anyone have the details of the command? Je teste actuellement une intégration avec Centreon via l’API REST (en utilisant les endpoints natifs de Centreon).Je voudrais savoir s’il est possible d’utiliser cette API tout en bénéficiant du SSO (LDAP) déjà en place.Je n’ai pas accès à une plateforme de test avec le SSO activé, mais chez l’utilisateur final, l’authentification SSO via LDAP fonctionne sur l’interface web de Centreon.Ma question est donc la suivante :Est-il possible d’utiliser le SSO (basé sur LDAP) pour récupérer le token nécessaire aux appels API ?Et si oui, y a-t-il une documentation précisant les en-têtes ou paramètres spécifiques à fournir (par exemple en complément du UseDefaultCredentials = true dans le handler) ?Merci d’avance pour vos retours ! 

I was trying to run updates on my Centreon VM this morning and it wasn’t able to download the updates.  Check the disk size and I am seeing my dev/sda is full.  Digging in further I found that the /var/lib/mysql/centreon_storage folder is using the vast majority of my disk space.  After some googling I did find the retention settings and I change all of those values, but I assume there is a job that I need to run in order for it to go through and gracefully purge those older files?  I found this referenced sudo -u centreon /opt/rh/rh-php72/root/usr/bin/php /usr/share/centreon/cron/centstorage_purge.php, but it did not work on my system.  This is the OVA for Centreon that I am running on and I am currently on version 24.04.12.  Any help would be appreciated on this.

Bonjour,J’ai configuré un job autodiscovery VMware VM qui me pose des problème.Lors de la première découverte j’ai une liste de VM activées dans Centreon qui correspondent au différents mapper.Lors du deuxième passage, j’ai des VM qui passent automatiquement en disable et je ne comprends pas pourquoi.y a-t-il un moyen de tracer pourquoi ces machines passent en disable.Je ne vois rien dans les log.Merci de votre aide

Dear Community!I have been using Centreon for a while and we have been working on migrating our Centreon infrastructure to a new environment.It is important to note that, we are using a lot of “Services by host group” type of configurations.So while preparing for this migration activity, I tried to export the whole configuration (with checking all type of objects in the Export menu). When I checked the content of the export file, I did not find any services which are configured as “Services by host group”. I’m unable to create an export, which contains also the configuration also for services, which are assigned to host groups. Has anybody experienced the same with Centreon Community edition version 24.10.8 ? Thank You very much in advance for the support!

We have some messages that we eliminate via an automatic restart during the night (e.g. C disks with warning, SWAP messages).If we work with acknowledgements and the problem has not been solved overnight, the alarm remains permanently acknowledged and we lose sight of this alarm.If we work with a downtime until the next morning at 05:00 (which we currently do), we do not notice if the C disk switches from Warning to Critical by then and may prevent users from continuing to work.

Hello,If you are using  Centreon (in  Configuration > Connectors > Additional Configurations) to manage your Centreon VMware demon , do NOT upgrade to 24.10.8. The configuration manager is completely broken Lost on all the user/pass previously enteredImpossible to fix the config because of JS errorsUser and Password field unusable because all characters in every fields are replaced by stars (yes, even the users) The result will be non-working configuration for the demon and you will loose all the monitoring of the vcenters. The work around for me was to get the config JSON from a backup, restore it under another name,  and modify the /etc/sysconfig/centreon_vmware on every poller to force centreon_vmware use this file. Good luck.

Bonjour a tous, j’ai un script qui envoie du text via snmp, et coté centréon tout fonctionne bien, sauf lorsque mon trap contient un “accent” du style :”é”.  Lorsque mon trap contient des accent il est ecrit en HEX. Je ne comprend pas pourquoi… auriez vous une idée?  J’ai vérifié coté “locale” ou “export” sur mon centrale qui recoit les traps (un debian) tout est bien en anglais utf8.

I use centreon every day, and the extension manager has worked very well so far.But when I go to this page now, it appears empty without any info :I've already tried to fix it via other help pages, but to no avail. I've updated php, modified the conf, cleared my browser and centreon cache, but nothing works.I'm on version 23.04.0.Please, if you have even one lead, don't hesitate to share it with me.
