Auto Discovery - ERRO

Hi.

I installed centreon 24.04 - Template - with the IT-100 license but Auto Discovery does not work.
In the licensing, on the Centreon website, it says that it includes the Auto Discovery part, but I tested LKEY on another Centreon, version 19.04 and it said that the license did not support Auto Discovery.
Did I miss something?What should I do?

Hi,

Can you control your license from /etc/centreon/license.d/epp.licence with the fingerprint available through the “Administration > Extensions” menu and clicking on “Get fingerprint” button.

Yes, I know, the file is correct, the finguerprint is correct, but the Auto Discovery module doesn't work.

When you access to “Configuration > Hosts > Discovery”, do you have errors in /var/log/php-fpm/centreon-error.log file?

 

For the following error:

Can you check the configuration in /etc/centreon-gorgone/config.d/31-centreon-api.yaml file?

for me, this is an empty file: /etc/centreon-gorgone/config.d/31-centreon-api.yaml

what's in that file? shouldn't it be automatic?

I've even uninstalled and installed the auto discovery function and it stayed the same.

i've seen some things in other posts and i've tried, but without a positive result in auto discovery.
