Good morning,

I installed centreon 23.10.10 on 2 servers and on one I am missing the possibility of installing open source templates ?
Is there a defective package on one of my servers ?
Thanks for your help.

Hello @Bernard Dubeaux

Does your KO Central have access to internet?

When open-source, the plugin pack list is retrieved from internet

Also, if you have to use a proxy for internet access, configure it on Administration > Parameters > Centreon UI

Hello,

Could you specify which edition of Centreon you are using for each server (OpenSource, IT-100, IT Edition, Business, etc.)?

The “monitoring connectors” aren’t available within the OpenSource edition. (https://www.centreon.com/centreon-editions/)

They're only available from the IT-100 Edition (and above), if you don't plan to have more than 100 monitored hosts you can give it a try.

However, you can still use the centreon plugins but you'll have to create all the commands and templates.

Best regards

However on the screen here I have it is good and I am in OpenSource edition.
I have at least the basic templates (linux-snmp, base pack, centreon-database, etc...)
