Connecteurs Virtualization.

Bonjour,

Je viens d’activer une licence IT100 sur une installation récente de Centreon 23.10 sur AlmaLinux 9.

Je pensais que les connecteurs seraient utilisables après l’activation de la licence.

Mais les connecteurs sont toujours indisponibles. Comment les activer ?

Could you give me the result of the following command: 

dnf list installed | grep "centreon-pack"

 

In addition, could you provide a screenshot of the “Administration > Extensions > Manager” page please?

Hello,

No Centeon-pack installed. But no centreon-pack available with ‘dnf search’

All the centreon-plugin packages are installed.

No Centeon-pack installed. But no centreon-pack available with ‘dnf search’

All the centreon-plugin packages are installed.

Hi @selkostali If you use IT-100 you don’t need to install centreon-pack packages.

These connectors are the only ones in grey or all connectors?

In addition @ThierryC, have you already tried to update the Centreon Monitoring Connector Manager ? https://docs.centreon.com/docs/monitoring/pluginpacks/#centreon-monitoring-connector-manager

I’ve found an other topic with a similar issue, but not sure if it really the same problem you are facing :

I’ve found an other topic with a similar issue, but not sure if it really the same problem you are facing : 

  

Almost all the connectors are greyed.

I tried an update of centreon-pp-manager. The result is ‘Nothing to do do’ because already uptodate.

Hello.

 Problem solved.

I deleted the server (virtual), and create a new one.

Everything seems OK after a complete re-installation.
