I have a strange display issue. I already opened a ticket to the support but I wonder if I’m the only one to get this:
Version is 22.10.4-1. I know there is a 22.10.5-2 available, I’ll make the update soon. But anyway I haven’t seen anything regarding display issue in the release note.
I have another example:
(service name is “OS-Linux-Disk-/”)
I realize that it looks like that’s the missing icon that breaks the display… I’ll add the missing icon to see if it makes it better.

I have an issue with icons provided by plugin packs :
the name is written twice.
I wonder if it could be related to the migration process, but the fact is I don’t have the same issue on the first platform I installed, although I migrated data from the same 20.04 plateform. The only difference is that it was a migration from 20.04 to 22.04 (then later I updated the plateform to 22.10 when it was release), whereas for the second paltform, which has the bug, it was a migration from 20.04 to 22.10.
In the example above, the “Cisco CMS” packs is installed on both platforms. On the first one (the one without the issue) I can see this file exists:
and I see the packs are installed in the plugin packs manager:
Any idea on what is causing this bug and how I can fix it?
I definitively don’t get it:
# ls /usr/share/centreon/www/img/media/ppm/applications-cisco-cms-restapi-cisco-128.png /usr/share/centreon/www/img/media/ppm/applications-cisco-cms-restapi-cisco-128.png
# dnf provides /usr/share/centreon/www/img/media/ppm/applications-cisco-cms-restapi-cisco-128.png Updating Subscription Management repositories. Last metadata expiration check: 0:10:52 ago on Mon 13 Feb 2023 11:56:24 AM CET. Error: No Matches found
On the platform I have the bug, the file is still missing although the corresponding pack is installed (and reinstalled) :
# ls /usr/share/centreon/www/img/media/ppm/applications-cisco-cms-restapi-cisco-128.png ls: cannot access '/usr/share/centreon/www/img/media/ppm/applications-cisco-cms-restapi-cisco-128.png': No such file or directory
Isn’t the icon file supposed to be in that package?
Synchronizing the icon directory fixed the display issue I had, but I still don’t get why the icon is missing:
