End of Support for Debian 11 in Version 24.10

Will we be able to upgrade the operating system of our centreon servers without any problems?

That is the plan, as I said we will support in-place upgrades.

Just edited the article to clarify that in-place upgrades will only be possible with 24.04, as 24.10 does not support Debian 11.

Do you know when the update guide will be ready?

Im still in version 24.04, is it better to upgrade debian and then centreon?s better upgrade Debian and after Centreon ?

@ensenada I don’t think there is a clear preference. Technically both are possible. This is more a matter of what is the most important for your business...

I was asking for this information, We will support in-place OS upgrades from Debian 11 to Debian 12 which you can perform with 24.04 before upgrading to Centreon 24.10.

You should upgrade to Debian 12 first because 24.10 does not support Debian 11.
