The status of all my ESXs are unknown “overall status is gray”

is it correct?

Can someone please help me ?

The color status comes from VMware itself, and we think Centreon’s UNKNOWN status is the most pertinent one for this case.

Can you have a look at your ESX’s or vCenter’s WUI to get more information about your host’s status?

If you enter your ESX’s IP address in your web brower, you’ll get a http(s) web interface where your can login and then administrate your ESX.

If you are using a vCenter to manage your ESXs, forget about this, using vCenter is the best choice.
