I install VM version of Centreon and clear installation from with AlmaLinux 8.

On VM version i see configured all commands and templates.

On clear installation i dont have this.

How i can get this all commands and templates?

generic-active-host, generic-passive-host and generic-dummy-host 

I dont need all templates. I only need basic templates.

This is basic templates, but they are not present in open source version.

You need to install it by UI on Plugin Packs section.

I cant install base pack, because this get error in log 

/var/log/centreon/license-manager.log

Ok i see.

This feature (Plugin Packs) need a subscription IT100, or a Licence Business Edition.

If your Centreon could join Internet, Centreon Support give you a Token, otherwise you have a Licence file.

For a full OpenSource Edition, you do create manually all, the template generic-* template for host, service, cloud, you don’t have access to autodiscovery, etc…

In old version, i was opportunity to load free pack and use any base templates.

Also i can register IT 100, because in registration form is not present country Ukraine.

You are right, a little part of plugin packs is free and don’t need subscription.

  • Printer Standard
  • UPS Standard
  • Centreon Components and MariaDB database to monitor Centreon Infrastructure

I installed a 22.04 on an Oracle Linux 8 several month ago and i think this basic pack was ready to be installed without subscription.

I don’t try to stop my Internet access to check if the page blocked and don’t authorize the free plugin packs to be displayed

If the page is blocked to “Loading Plugin Packs” and you have a Internet access who’s working, it’s not normal.

Hello @alexlans, seeing your screenshots it’s not the latest version.

I suggest you to upgrade to the most recent version and get your IT100 token, Ukraine is here :
