Hi Madogas,
Did you try to add --snmp-autoreduce to the extra options field of your service check by any chance?
Also, is the snmptrapd daemon running on your poller?
Hi ,
Thank you for your reply yes the snmptrabd is running.
I have tried the auto reduce but still the sam error
Hello,
You could test also :
--snmp-retries with a value
or
--snmp-force-getnext
Regards,
Greg
Hello,
I would add that you may want to tune the --snmp-timeout value. By default, it’s one second, if multiple check are issued at the same time, the SNMP agent may fail to answer within this timeframe.
To compile answers from @gespada and @Sarge with mine, I would recommend adding --snmp-autoreduce --snmp-timeout=3 --snmp-force-getnext.
It should fix this
Hi All ,
Thank you all , still have not managed to fix this , still have the same issue .
this is what i have done , I
don't know if it is the correct way or not , ian new to centreon so excuse me for my little knowledge
Almost! Put all three one after another in the same box.
