Wow, many thanks.

I have contracted centreon support and they don't help me with these migration problems,

I ask in the forum and they don't help me either.

Great forum and great company.

Hi @ensenada,

I'm sorry to see this issue you're facing. However, I can also see that you posted your question on the forum last Friday, and with the weekend in between, it might not have been easy to find someone online to provide you with potential solutions. It's a new week, and I'm confident that a watcher will respond to you shortly. Let's remain optimistic!

On my end, I will escalate the issue to our support team so that they can reach out to you as soon as possible.

In any case, your problem will be resolved; I'm absolutely certain of that!

Can you check the password of ‘centreon user in’:

  • /etc/centreon/centreon.conf.php
  • /etc/centreon/conf.pm

In “Configuration > Pollers > Broker configuration”, edit “central-broker-master” configuration and in output tab, check password, save and generate/export configuration.

I have “centreon” as password in both files. Have i set database password in plane text in this files ?

I cant access to web interface because this other problem:

Password must be in plain text in both files.

Setting password in this files:

/etc/centreon/centreon.conf.php

/etc/centreon/conf.pm

Solve the problem.

When the migration is finished, I will change the password to a more complex one.

Thanks.
